Eden Campus is home to an award-winning biomass energy centre providing heat to 48 buildings in St Andrews and over 2,500 student rooms. A solar PV array produces up to 1MW of power and delivers electricity to the Campus buildings. By locating your business to Eden Campus, you can expedite your net zero journey and operate in a way that looks and feels aligned to your values.

Following significant investment from the University, the UK and Scottish Governments, and many other partners, the former paper mill site is being transformed into a location where industry and academia can converge.

Carbon net zero by 2035: with more projects planned, we are pushing forward to reach our goal.

Home to companies working at the frontiers of science and technology: the Campus is home to several spin-out companies producing sustainable antibiotics, new fuel cells, synthetic proteins and new forms of batteries.

Exciting environment with innovation at the forefront: the Campus is rich in talent, with the opportunity to learn, grow and connect.

Designed to shape a sustainable future: the Campus is located four miles west of the town of St Andrews on the banks of the Eden Estuary in the village of Guardbridge.

If you’re a technology developer or innovating company, Eden Campus is rich in inspiring facilities to support your organisation. Find out more about how to locate at Eden Campus by speaking to Geoff Morris.
